Delete Your EtchStack Account

You can request deletion of your EtchStack account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to grthilak.rl@gmail.com from the email address associated with your EtchStack account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account is permanently removed, along with your email address, profile information, puzzle progress, streaks, scores, and learning (spaced-repetition) data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law, or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you. Diagnostic and crash logs are retained only for a limited period and are not used to re-identify deleted accounts.
